ASSESS

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a tool used to identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during seven fundamental patterns. Once these deficiencies have been identifies through the FMS, a program of exercises is then developed with the goal of preventing musculoskeletal injuries and optimizing results.

DESIGN

We put into action an individualized cardio and resistance training program, using cutting-edge personal training as well as  periodization techniques to change-up the program for continued results. Your program is designed by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and executed in a safe, challenging and enjoyable manner.

CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACHING

Rather than a complex diet and nutrition program to follow, we'll give you the basics needed formulate and understand meal-prepping and planning.

We'll break-down your complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that add-up to massive body transformation. Our goal is to help you develop healthy eating and dieting habits that become second nature, and last you a lifetime.
