YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT A DETAILED HEALTH HISTORY QUESTIONNAIRE. THIS WILL HELP YOUR TRAINER MAKE SURE THAT HE OR SHE HAS ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO PLAN WORKOUTS WHICH ARE SAFE AND APPROPRIATE.

OUR INDIVIDUALIZED 3-PRONG APPROACH WILL IDENTIFY YOUR SPECIFIC FITNESS NEEDS AND CREATE A PLAN FOR YOU TO EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY ACHIEVE YOUR DESIRED GOALS AND RESULTS.

ASSESS

THE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN (FMS) IS A TOOL USED TO IDENTIFY ASYMMETRIES WHICH RESULT IN FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT DEFICIENCIES. THE FMS AIMS TO IDENTIFY IMBALANCES IN MOBILITY AND STABILITY DURING SEVEN FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS. 

ONCE THESE DEFICIENCIES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED THROUGH THE FMS SCREEN, A PROGRAM OF EXERCISES IS THEN DEVELOPED WITH THE GOAL OF PREVENTING MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES AND OPTIMIZING RESULTS.

AN INDIVIDUALIZED CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM USING CUTTING EDGE PERSONAL TRAINING AND PERIODIZATION TECHNIQUES TO CHANGE THINGS UP FOR CONTINUED RESULTS.
