From local trail running to mountain scrambles and "Tough Mudder" competitions to triathlons, swim runs, and rock climbing from downhill skiing to ski mountaineering as well as sky diving to hang-gliding, Darlene is living her passion and helping her clients to find theirs and drive of persistent motivation.
Darlene has the experience to help clients overcome physical limitations, increase strength + conditioning while improving overall nutrition - all of which vital to supporting a healthy lifestyle.

Her creative and unique personalized programming leverages the best tequniques from all fields of athletics; endurance, speed, training, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. As a Holistic Healthcare Provider, yoga instructor, and Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Darlene is continuously helping her clients accomplish tasks they never thought possible. Learning about each clients' individual history and current lifestyle, Darlene is able to develop a personalized plan which considers all areas of a healthy lifestyle, including; nutrition, exercise and sleep regiment.
