Amiee has one of the most versatile fitness backgrounds only a select few can ever hope to obtain. Amiee started her passion for fitness as a high school all-State Tennis player and as a varsity collegiate tennis athlete at Rutgers College. Amiee prepared for success all branches of the Armed Forces, First Responders, along with Division-1 athletes, as an elite Fitness Specialist. Amiee has trained a wide variety of clientele ranging from members of the elite Blue Angels, Navy SEAL candidates, senior military leaders/retirees & families, and our wounded military heroes.
Her all-encompassing knowledge of fitness made her an easy selection as Fitness Director at an exemplary United States military installation. This proud mother of two and military spouse has a vast range of certifications in personal training, group fitness, functional training, nutrition and wellness, along with many other prestigious certifications few can ever hope to obtain. STEVE ORLANDO
In the weight room, Steve is known for his unique + cutting-edge approach to functional strength training + conditioning,
At an early age, while in high school, participating in various organized sports + competitions, Steve knew his life would be devoted to health + wellness. He began entering "Strongman" competitions + placing first within his initial competitions. He went on to receive his BA in Exercise Science-Human Performance at SCSU. He then furthered his knowledge of the human body by getting multiple advanced certifications in both CrossFit + RTS.

TODD DEGREE
Todd has been involved in athletics and fitness for over 20 years. He has worked in various capacities for the Connecticut Skyhawks (United States Basketball League), Centenary College of Louisiana Athletic Department, Georgia State University Athletic Department, the New Haven Ninjas (arenafootball2) and the New York Dragons (Arena Football League). In all, Todd has been involved with 18 collegiate and professional sports, working with seven teams that advanced to NCAA tournaments. He has trained numerous high school and collegiate athletes including future Olympic Medalist Caitlin Cahow (Bronze – 2006, Silver – 2010: Women’s Ice Hockey) and Rachel Willis (2-time captain, Army Volleyball).
Todd, a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, holds a bachelors degree in sport management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a masters in business administration from Georgia State University. He is currently a professor at Gateway Community College in New Haven, CT where he developed the Exercise Science program..

Lorraine’s leadership and dedication has led her to being the captain of the winning team of a Biggest Loser Contest, as well as being a top class instructor, including Boot Camp.

MARY RACE
Mary has worked in the fitness Industry for the past 10 years as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is presently the Head Coach of the Watertown Park and Recreation swim team. Besides coaching swimming, she also coaches triathletes in running, swimming and biking.
